For a multitude of reasons, nobody has more Horn of Africa contacts than Scipio Tex at the Barking Carnival. Read the article here, to get an idea of what hoops one might have to jump through to gain access in the Somalia Pirate Underworld. Even forced to play 36 holes of golf with a spook in the process, just to keep us tuned in on a significant blow to Cap’n Leach’s recruiting efforts abroad.
Leach will now have to come up with creative solutions for circumventing the JUCO Trail.
